Due to office closures due to the weather, we have removed the invitational passwords. You will still need your username/password for your account. If you do not remember your username/password, the login screen has a section to enter the email address for the account. CGO will automatically email the password.
All applicants must obtain an invitational password to access the FY2013 application through CultureGrants OnlineSM. Applicants funded in FY2012 will have an invitational password emailed to them. New applicants, or those not funded in the past 2 years, must contact one of the following New Mexico Arts program staff to determine if the proposed program meets the eligibility requirements of a funding category. – Grants Management Coordinator
If eligible, the program coordinator will provide you with the invitational password. Once you have the invitational password you can create your own account username/password.
PLEASE CREATE ONLY ONE PROFILE PER ORGANIZATION. CGO keeps your organization's account information from year to year.
If your organization has applied in the past, yet you are new to the organization, and do not have the organization's account username/password, please contact your program coordinator or the Grants Management Coordinator at the numbers above or via email by clicking on the name.
- Log in using your existing user name and password.
- Enter invitational password in the spot under the logout button on the left of the Login page. You may need to enter the password each time you login.
- Select “Current Programs and Applications” from the buttons on the left of the Login page.
If you have already started an application, log in and select the “Current Programs and Applications”, select the application you are working on by clicking on “Edit Application #” and open the application.
ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Advance review applications must be submitted online by 11:59pm MDT October 21, 2011. Final applications must be submitted online by 11:59pm MST by December 9, 2011. You do not have to send in hard paper copies of your grant application. Your artistic samples must be sent separately by the published deadline.
